Pouch Remote Control
In developing ZEUS 2, our aim was to improve the previous ergonomics and functionality level of this device, which already ranked among the top of its category.
ZEUS 2 B set new a standard in fundamental industries such as constructions, travelling cranes, eco-drainage and any other application in which dual-axis joysticks are the most convenient choice for managing handling operations.
Thanks to a new handle and side compartments that can host further controls, ZEUS 2 is even more versatile and compatible with any customisation you may require to meet your needs.
It is a little technology masterpiece and a big help for everyday operations.
Optical Dual-axis Joysticks
Thanks to the contactless sensing technology, dual-axis joysticks guarantee a long-life and maintenance-free operation providing superb proportional and step control, and will allow smooth and precise control of handling operations throughout the life cycle of your controller. Our range of solutions will cover all your needs: stepless proportional joysticks, one-step or multi-step joysticks (up to 5 steps for each axis).
STOP Push-button
The new self-locking button with double reset system ensures maximum safety, in accordance with the European and international safety standards, as well as an uncomparable ease of use. While it is perfectly protected against unintentional collisions, the STOP button is easily accessible and can be quickly operated with priority.
Status LEDs
All transmitting units are equipped with LED lights that signal operating status, battery level and fault messages.

PITOOL
The tool lets you connect the transmitter or receiver to undergo diagnose to a PC. The data may be visualized by means of an easy and intuitive graphical interface and then be saved on your PC in editable format.
Two version available: STANDARD – tx can be connected to the tool only via cable; PLUS – besides the cable connection, the device can be connected in wireless mode. This way, the diagnosis and programming tasks can be performed even without having access to the connector on the device. (ex: the RX is positioned at the top of a tall crane).
PWM Attuator
PT400 electro-hydraulic actuators are compatible with KRON, ZEUS2 and THOR2 radio remote controls and allow you to operate most hydraulic cranes equipped exclusively with manual commands.Since the system does not have to be welded to the push rods, the original machine configuration will remain unaltered. The electro-hydraulic circuit of the APT400 system was separated from the crane system thanks to a dedicated electro-hydraulic control unit. This helps avoid potential malfunctions that might arise if the system shared the hydraulic circuit of the crane, which is typically already worn due to heavy work conditions. The control unit is activated only when operations are performed via the radio remote control (“on demand” activation), thereby avoiding energy waste and reducing both wear and operating temperature.APT 400 actuators are calibrated once the installation is completed, using the radio remote control transmitting unit
Stroke Extension Kit
The standard actuator stroke is of ±13 mm from the centre and is suitable for most hydraulic distributors available on the market. To accommodate special needs, the piston stroke may be extended up to ±20 mm with a specific kit.

OPTIONALS
Remote Antenna
The flexibility of its external antenna with extension cable allows you to place it at the point of reception. This option will be of great help in overcoming any obstacles to the radio transmission between transmitter and receiver, so as to ensure maximum range and better communication in all conditions of use. The external antenna is supplied in combination with standard cables of different lengths (2.5 m - 5 m - 10 m).
Flash
Robust and effective blinking can be directly connected specially dedicated to the relay inside of all our units receivers.Once connected, the flashing light will turn on with the ignition and radio remain operational throughout the period of use to guarantee the communication between transmitter and receiver.
ATEX Box
Device group II. Device intended to be used in environments where there is a probability that explosive atmospheres; Level of protection: category 2. Intended use in environmentswhere there is a likelihood that explosive atmospheres caused by gases, vapors, mists or mixtures of air and dust; protection system potentially explosive gas and dust. The unit remains powered and operational in zones 1, 2 (G) and 21, 22 (D);Housing explosion-proof, temperature class 85 ° C; Totally protected against dust and powerful water jets (IP66) box set up with a cable gland 1 "IOS7/1RC and ¾" IOS7/1RC barrier for armored cables with specifications: Ex ATEX Exd ll2GD The C IP 66, Range 70 m without obstacles.
Configuring Multi-receiver and / or Multi-transmitter
The system MTRS allows each receiver to be able to recognize a maximum of 4 transmitters (series of receivers L and M) and 8 transmitters (series of receivers H), with which to operate one at a time, and each transmitter to operate with a up to 16 receivers simultaneously.
It 'also possible, by the function of LOG-ON and LOG-OFF to trade receiver while maintaining control and security. This allows the sharing of equipment by multiple operators.
DSC Function
The new DSC further improves the accuracy of the proportional movements of cranes and concrete pumps. The operator can correct in real time the levels of the low speed acting on DSC + / - to optimize the response of the machine according to the conditions of the work session.
Tilt Sensor
The device defined "Tilt Sensor", consists of a card that has an accelerometer, which is managed directly by the remote controller, by reading two analog signals. The application for which it was designed requires the automatic shutdown of the transmitter when the transmitter pouch worn by more than an inclination to the horizontal axis of +/- 62 °.
The client can request the automatic shutdown of the remote control for other degrees of inclination up to a maximum of + / - 90 °, as the card has trimmer for calibration of analog outputs. The highest resolution and + / - 28 mV / ° C.
