M880 ZED B
Waist belt transmitter
ZED B is the synthesis of the best ergonomic and functional features. Despite the extremely compact dimensions, the control panel can fit biaxial joysticks in addition to selectors, buttons and potentiometers that make it suitable for any type of machine.
Adaptive Frequency Agility (AFA)
As it is based on "AFA" technology, (Adaptive Frequency Agility), it avoids manual frequencies changes. The device continuously searches and selects the less impeded channel among the available ones.
Event log
The radio remote controls memorise all events that lead to failures or unexpected stops, as well as the operating hours of the device.
DSC function
The DSC (Dynamic Speed Control) function features a "+/-" switch placed on the transmitter for instant movement speed adjustments (system in "low-speed" mode).
PINC CODE
The new range of radio remote controls allows you to set a customisable safety PIN code, so that the device can only be used by authorised personnel.
This is yet another proof that the designs and develops for the products are made with extreme attention to details.
STOP button
The new self-locking button with double reset system ensures maximum safety, in accordance with the European and international safety standards, as well as an uncomparable ease of use.
While it is perfectly protected against unintentional collisions, the STOP button is easily accessible and can be quickly operated with priority.
Joysticks, selection, motion controls and control panel
It's available a wide range of selectors, buttons, switches and potentiometers.
On request it's possible to meet every possible demand in terms of customisation. Furthermore, using the advance technology of digital print, is now achievable to customise markings according to needs.
For more complex configurations, multi-colour solutions allow the operator to identify quickly the various control units, thereby preventing errors or inadvertent activations.
the dual-axis joysticks guarantee a long-life and maintenance-free operation providing superb proportional and step control, and will allow smooth and precise control of handling operations throughout the life cycle of your controller.
Status LEDs
All transmitting units are equipped with LED lights that signal operating status, battery level and fault messages.

Tilt sensor
This device can recognize unnatural iclination angles of the transmitting unit occuring in typical emergency situations:
- fall and trip over of the radio remote control
- loss of balance by the operator
The Tilt Sensor operating mode can be set according to the customer requirements and to the required of safety: from the simple activation of predefined functions (i.e. horn signal), up to the suspension of all functions of the radio remote control.
Connection configuration via serial cable
The transmitting units of the ZED series ranges may be equipped with a socket for serial connection to the receiving unit.
With direct cable connection, radio transmission is by-passed. This helps avoid potential problems due to signal disturbances, dead battery or situations in which the product is used in areas where radiofrequencies are not permitted.
KAPTA Card
KAPTA option allows to pair a new transmitter to a receiver in few seconds.
For this purpose the transmitting units include a wireless reader and the receiving units come with a smart card.
KAPTA pairing procedure guarantees permanent and exclusive control.
